L'application n'est plus disponible sur Microsoft Internet Explorer. En effet, nous ne maintenons plus Internet Explorer suite aux recommandations de Microsoft de migrer vers le navigateur Microsoft Edge. Cela nous permet d'utiliser les dernières technologies web disponibles pour offrir la meilleure expérience possible à nos clients.

Pas d'inquiétude, c'est très simple d'utiliser Microsoft Edge et il est par défaut installé sur les dernières versions de Windows. Plusieurs possibilités s'offrent à vous:

👉 OPTION 1: Vous disposez de Edge d'installé sur votre ordinateur : cliquez ici ou copiez ce lien dans Edge : https://app.papernest.com/
NB: Comment savoir si vous disposez de Microsoft Edge ? Tapez "Microsoft Edge" dans votre barre de recherche Windows en bas à gauche et il apparaîtra s'il est installé

👉 OPTION 2: Vous disposez de Google Chrome installé sur votre ordinateur : copiez ce lien dans Google Chrome : https://app.papernest.com/

👉 OPTION 3: Vous ne disposez ni de Edge ni de Google Chrome ? Contactez votre équipe technique (IT, SI, PFAI, ...) pour l'installer.

The platform is no longer available on Microsoft Internet Explorer. Following Microsoft's guidelines to switch to the new Microsoft Edge browser, we do not continue to support Microsoft Internet Explorer. This enables us to offer you the smoothest platform possible as well as a better service.

Don't worry, it is very easy to use Microsoft Edge and it is already installed by default in the latest versions of Windows. You may encounter 3 situations:

La nostra piattaforma non è più accessibile dal browser Microsoft Internet Explorer, seguendo le raccomandazioni di Microsoft che consiglia di migrare tutte le informazioni sul browser Microsoft Edge, abbiamo deciso di interrompere l’accesso da Microsoft Internet Explorer. Questo ci permette di usare le ultime tecnologie web disponibili per offrire la migliore esperienza e sicurezza possibile ai nostri clienti.

Non vi preoccupate, usare Microsoft Edge è molto più facile ed è già installato di base su tutti i computer Windows.

A partir de ahora la plataforma ya no está disponible en el navegador Microsoft Internet Explorer. Siguiendo las recomendaciones de Microsoft de migrar toda la información hacia el nuevo navegador Microsoft Edge, ya no seguiremos con la versión para Microsoft Internet Explorer. De esta forma le podremos ofrecer las mejores actualizaciones de la plataforma y un mejor servicio.

No se preocupe, es muy fácil usar Microsoft Edge y ya está instalado de manera predeterminada en las últimas versiones de Windows. Entonces se podrá encontrar con 3 situaciones:

👉 OPCIÓN 3: No tiene Microsoft Edge o Google Chrome instalado: Puede contactar a su equipo informático para instalarlo.
